Our shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your total purchase amount.
$.01 - $24.99 = $8.95, $25.00 - $49.99 = $12.95, $50.00 - $74.99 = $16.95, $75.00 - $99.99 = $20.95, $100.00 - $149.99 = $22.95, $150.00 - $199.99 = $24.95, $200.00 - 299.99 = $26.95, $300.00 - $399.99 = 36.95, $400.00 or more = $46.95
These shipping charges are for customers who live in the United States. For delivery outside of the U.S. please call or email the Old Country Cellar for current rates.
If you live in Des Moines area, feel free to make arrangements for pick-up. There is no charge to pick-up orders.
PAYMENT OPTIONS POLICY
All prices on this site are in US Dollars. International orders must be paid with a credit card.
Old Country Cellar accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Bank Account), Money Orders, or Personal Checks. Please note that with personal checks, items will not be shipped until your check clears the bank.
Money Orders and Personal Checks must be mailed to the address below for proper processing.
REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our goal at the Old Country Cellar is for every customer to be 100% satisfied with each country craft that is ordered. However, we do have strict guidelines that must be followed if you do need to make a return and receive a refund.
Please note that we do NOT allow any cancellations for any reason.
Any order discrepancies found must be reported to us within 3 days from the date you received your order. You must contact us via phone or email with any discrepancies.
Returns must be reported to us within 3 days from the date you received the order. You must contact us via phone or email with a list of the items you are returning and your reason for the return. Undamaged merchandise that is returned must be in the same condition as when it was sent.
You MUST have our approval BEFORE returning any items in order to receive an exchange or refund. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any returned items that have not been pre-approved.
All shipping charges are the buyer's expense and will NOT be refunded.
Orders that are refused or any items returned for any reason, except for damaged products, will incur a 25% restocking fee.
